This module focuses on the importance of healthy movement and stability of the pelvic girdle with hip openers & pelvic stabilizers, with special attention given to Athletes and Expectant Mothers as well as the Psychology behind the Sacral Chakra. Asana: Hip Openers, Energy Body: Chakra 2, Pranayama: Dirgha & "Wave Breathing", Physical Anatomy: Pelvis/Psoas/Knee, Special Population: Pregnancy & Athletes with Introduction to Yin Yoga.
